Heads Up!

This baby is HEAD UP, it keeps freaking kicking my bladder all the time. Grrr….

I can’t decide if I should start going for some weird positions to sit in all day (instead of, you know, curling up on the couch) or if I just shouldn’t worry. Obviously I should not worry, there is a lot of time left.

But apparently there are 17 ways to turn a breech baby and visualizing is the first step. LOL – Why I even looked it up is cracking me up.

haha! OMG, #5 is playing classical music and putting headphones in my pants! haha!

#10 is kinda funny. Laying with my feet above my head (or tilted up anyway) and then drink some OJ to get the baby to move.

I do know that if this baby doesn’t turn there is no way I’m going for that Dr ‘helped’ turning where they stick their hand in you. Eek. A lady had that done in my last prenatal yoga class and she said it hurt like hell. And it didn’t even do anything. It’s like 50/50 chance. No way!

Bleck.

Wow, ugh. I am getting the bladder punch too… every time I stand up I have to go to the bathroom.

Did you get another u/s yet? Are you going to keep the sex of the baby a secret? 🙂

Hi..this is Jamie’s friend Amy. Thanks so much for that great link on breech babies, I’m printing it!!Almost 33 weeks and my baby is still transverse and I did try the headstand type position last night while trying to manipulate him downward! Ouch! I think I got him down about an inch or two. I’ll keep you posted, have an appt. today too. At least your bambino is small enough to move around more. Mine’s fat & outa space. Help!

Anna – No u/s yet. Hopefully we will get one at our next appt!

Amy – I sincerely apologize for making fun of the list. hahahaha 🙂 I will probably be where you are at in 10 weeks, yikes. Try lots of yoga, I guess! When I was in labor with DD and she was sunny side up, they kept having me turn from side to side every 30 minutes… Good luck! Keep me posted!
