Sam has the most amazing comedic timing and is such a fantastic actress. Pair that along with her beautiful singing it’s a dream to be able to watch her on stage.
This fall they had a performance of Into the Woods.
They actually had TWO performances. One where she was a step-sister with a local studio. The other performance was at her high school, where she was Granny, the Tree Sprite, and the voice of the giant.
She had a voice synthesizer on for the voice of the giant so.. hard to tell it was her!
Her Granny rendition was AMAZING
She had the entire audience laughing. Not only did she have this great scene killing the wolf but every time she would walk across stage in the ensemble events, she would sell the walking with the cane and the suspicious gaze.
I just loved listening to the music. Amazing ensemble and cast (in both performances, honestly!)

Here are the video renditions from her first performance with our local studio. The first two minutes of this show off Sam as Lucinda, the step-sister. She had the best ridiculous laughs and screams.
We are going into the last two shows of her senior year! She’s Marcy, a Pink Lady in Grease which is showing in December!
