Nothing against sweet customer service reps who spend their days helping clients… but on a 24 hour service line… I’ve found that the midnight guys are usually the most quirky (read: willing to help you with anything) than the guys running the daylight shift.
Unless you get a silly person who doesn’t know what you are talking about.
In that case, call back! Even if you have a 20 min wait time!
Edit: Ok, I didn’t call back… but this poor person! LOL – He started to get all offended and tell me about his PHP experience.. and tried to show me this other site which went with his opinon… at which I polietly told him that what he is seeing is simply diffent options in the backend of the site… and then he agreed with me at the end. I don’t think he liked me very much.
But I was VERY nice.
