What a trip! It was sooo relaxing. The house we stayed in was completely fabu. I’m getting my pictures ready to post! Although, my silly computer only lets me upload them one-by-one, I need to figure out how to download the ‘dragndrop’ thingie… my computer doesnt’ let me download unless I’m an admin, and I don’t know the password! Oops!
I didn’t even bring my computer on vacation.
Ok, ok, I had my phone which had email and Internet… but I didn’t use it very often and our email broke on Friday. So there.
We had such a nice routine though. Everyday we went and played in the sand, then the ocean, then went up to the jacuzzi (wasn’t hot), and then we took a bath. She loved the sand. Well, after the first two days she did. I don’t think she liked getting her hands dirty as first.
Oh, she also took her first step!! So exciting. No more steps yet but she is close. Definitely by her birthday, I think.
I also have to write down our night before we left. She got her first cold and we were ‘up all night’. I need to do an ‘Orange County Guide to 24/7 Open Pharmacy Stores’. Blah. Let’s just say there is GREAT music on in the car during 230am-4am.
Thanksgiving was yummy though. It was so nice to hang out with the whole family at the ‘party’ house. We even had a guitar playing guy come over at night and everyone sang songs and danced in the backyard! It was classic!
Sam is sleeping right now. It was a battle to get her down for a nap since we had to go back to the ‘schedule’ and not ‘nursing to sleep’. Oh well… After the nap we are going to Grandma’s for a little Grandma love… and then Mommy can get back on her favorite toy (the computer, duh) and read-read-read all the blogs she missed out on. Although I’m tempted to just hit ‘read all’ and make them disappear. Hmmm.
