I can’t decide what I like better… Listening to the sounds of waves crashing on the beach or the sound of the wind through the trees. What do you prefer?
I’m sitting on a beautiful porch up in Big Bear gazing out at the view with birds chirping and singing and seeing chipmunk’s run around the trees and chatter at me. The sound of the wind creates such wonderful music and is so peaceful. The wind is so unpredictable as you sit an listen.
But, I was at my aunt’s home in San Clemente which overlooks the Pacific ocean recently. You can hear the ocean crashing on the beach and it is so repetitive and soothing that you can sit there for hours listening.
So, I can’t decide what my favorite would be. Then again, I think any view is soothing to the senses. My parents house has an awesome view of South Orange County and on a clear day you can see Catalina Island. Just looking out over the fence is peaceful. You can’t really hear anything in particular, maybe just your own thoughts, but it is peaceful nonetheless.
